Samir Bodas - Chief Executive Officer
Samir has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, business strategy, general management, and sales and marketing. Samir graduated with distinction in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton School of Business, where he was a Palmer scholar.

After receiving his undergraduate degree, Samir worked at National Instruments as a software engineer. He started his business career at McKinsey & Co. as an intern. He then spent several years at Microsoft Corp., most recently as the Director of SME Customer marketing where he charted out worldwide strategy and execution for demand generation, licensing, anti-piracy, and aggressively promoted on-line efforts targeting SME customers.

He later joined Jamcracker as Vice President, Strategic Alliances where he drove channel sales and marketing strategy, and managed key strategic accounts such as Accenture, Telus, and Unisys. In early 2003, Samir joined Disha Technologies as its CEO. He propelled and positioned Disha as the leading provider of independent testing services to software product companies, and successfully managed its acquisition by Aztecsoft. Samir then became President, Product Engineering at Aztecsoft. In May 2007, he was appointed as President of Aztecsoft Limited.

Samir is the founding charter member of the Seattle Chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), and is actively involved with several charities.

A. Balakrishnan - Sr. Vice President, Head - Rest Of World Sales
Bala has over 20 years of diverse experience in the IT industry. Earlier, he was in charge of the Testing Services Division in Aztecsoft (Now Aztecsoft-itest). Prior to that, he worked for Subex Systems, Wipro and HMT in various functions including Sales, Marketing, Software Support and Software Development. Bala holds a degree in mechanical engineering from KREC, Suratkal and a PGDIE from National Institute for Training in Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Bombay.

Srinivasan Chandrasekhar - Executive Vice President and COO
Srinivas has a diverse background in both business and technology. Before joining Aztecsoft, Srinivas was the Sr. Vice President of Products at SumTotal Systems, where he was responsible for integrating diverse product suites of Click2learn and Docent, (which merged to form SumTotal Systems). Prior to that at Click2learn as the CTO/Executive VP of Products & Strategy, he created the e-learning industry's first integrated suite offering. He came to Click2learn through the acquisition of Intelliprep Technologies, which he co-founded and served as CTO. Before Intelliprep, Srinivas spent 7 years at Microsoft, most recently as head of the Microsoft Meta Directory Server development team, where he was responsible for integrating then recently acquired technologies into Microsoft's suite of products.
Srinivas received an MS in Computer Science from Colorado State University and a B Tech. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, India.

Amar Karvir - Vice President, Strategic Accounts Business Unit
Amar has over 10 years of experience in the information technology space, including management consulting experience with focus on technology; significant experience in setting up and managing offshore software development centers, and implementing the global/offshore services delivery model. He was most recently responsible for setting up and managing the captive offshore development center in Mumbai for Monitor Group, a global strategy consulting firm. Earlier, he has worked with Deloitte Consulting in the US as a part of their technology consulting practice where he led and managed large-scale systems implementation and integration projects in the custom application development space, and then set up and managed large software development practices in their Mumbai and Hyderabad offshore delivery centers.
Amar graduated with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, India and then went on to pursue an MBA from the University of Maryland at College Park, US.

Ashok Krishnamoorthy - Executive Vice President, N. America Sales and Business Operations
One of the early members of the Aztecsoft team, Ashok brings more than 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry, having worked in companies like Wipro, ICL-Fujitsu and Microland. After starting his career in sales at Wipro, he went on to become the Regional Head at ICL- Fujitsu before taking up the responsibility of managing divisional profit center operations at Microland. Ashok is an engineering graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi and holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

N. Nataraj - Vice President and CIO
As CIO of Aztecsoft, Nataraj heads the global activities pertaining to strategic implementation of Information systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) operations. He also defines security initiatives in line with the company's future growth plans. Nataraj is an electronics engineer with 17+ years of industry experience in the field of IT and IS. Before assuming his current position in Jan 2003, he headed the IS/IT operations of Ericsson Software centre, India & prior to that, Hughes Software Systems in Bangalore. Recently, he was a winner of the Innovative CIO-100 award from David Hill President & CEO, International Publishing Services (IDG) - CEO and the Innovation Networking award from David Nishbal, President Airtel.

He is involved with various community activities, with a focus on education. At Niyam-06, a techno-cultural fest organised by the Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology which witnessed the participation of top the 25 engineering colleges in Bangalore, he shared the Chief Guest honour along with Karnataka's IT Secretary Mr. M.N. Vidyashankar.

Subodh Parulekar - Vice President, Head - WorldWide itest Practice
Subodh has over fourteen years of software engineering experience, with expertise in Software Testing and Quality Engineering, Software Development, Project Management, Solutions Architecture and creation of new services. Prior to Aztecsoft, he worked on embedded software development for Metawave Communications Corporation, Redmond, and Nortel Networks, Ottawa. He has also worked on software development for Distributed Control Systems in Honeywell, India. He holds a Master's Degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from Carleton University, and an MBA from the University of Washington.

John Scarborough - Vice President, Technology Solutions Group US (Test Practice)
As head of the US Technology Solutions Group of the test practice, John Scarborough manages and orchestrates pre-sales processes across Sales, Proposal Engineering, and Delivery, from project-based needs analysis to solution design to estimation to retrospective analysis of completed projects. He is also responsible for providing access across Aztecsoft to project-based operational knowledge. John previously served as Aztecsoft's Principal System Engineer and Quality Architect. Areas covered by his published papers include interoperability testing for web services, model-based estimation, and capability assessment in Agile environments.
Prior to his joining Aztecsoft in 2001, John was at Microsoft for 11 years, where he built and managed large teams in the test division of its Windows Operating Systems group, including system integration testing, application compatibility, user-context automation, and system validation.

Dr. G. Srinivasaraghavan - Chief Technology Officer
Dr.Raghavan brings with him over 15 years of varied experience in IT. His experience spans architecting large complex enterprise software, product management, consulting, business & delivery management and (most recently) solution architecture for mega outsourcing engagements. Prior to Aztecsoft, Dr. Raghavan spent many years with Infosys Technologies Ltd., handling several different roles involving technology, delivery and business leadership. He has also led product development at Peritus Software Services - he started in the industry as an Architect with Tata Information Services Ltd. (TISL), now part of IBM Global Services.
Dr.Raghavan graduated with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai, India and went on to pursue Masters in Mechanical Engineering followed by a Ph.D in Computer Science, both from IIT, Kanpur, India. He also served as a post-doctoral fellow with the Theoretical Computer Science Group at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences (Matscience), Chennai, India, following his Ph.D.

Sundararajan V - Chief Financial Officer
Sundar has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, automotive, and consumer electronics industries and has worked with industry leaders Wipro, Ashok Leyland, and BPL. Before joining Aztecsoft, Sundar worked with BPL Limited as head of finance. Sundar held several key positions during his 15-year tenure at Wipro. He is a chartered accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.

Satish Venkatachalaiah - Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Satish brings with him over 14 years of solid experience in HR, and has nurtured employees and business growth at a wide spectrum of multinational software and IT companies in India. Before coming to Aztecsoft, Satish was the VP, HR and a Member of the Board of Directors at SAP Labs, India. His successes at SAP Labs, India were recognized in February 2008 when he was awarded The HR Achiever Award by the Asia Pacific HRM Congress for his substantial contributions to the function and industry. Before SAP Labs, India, Satish worked for several years at Oracle, India. His earlier tenures have been with Deutsche Software and McDowell India, pursuing core HR functions.
Satish is a post-graduate of XLRI, and a prolific contributor to the initiatives of the HR fraternity including the National HRD Network. For his achievements he was featured as a Young Turk on CNBC TV18 in 2007.

Venkatesan Varadarajan - Vice President, Business Development
Venky has over 24 years of experience in building, running & expanding global organizations, including the last 16 years in the United States. He has performed in various roles as Sr VP, EVP, COO in areas including Sales/Business Development, Global Resourcing, Operations, HR, Customer Delight, etc. and has built companies in the Silicon valley with emphasis on consulting services, onsite staff augmentation services and offshore outsourcing projects. Venky has had stints at Phillips India, Benchmark Group, Selectiva Systems and Tekessence, Inc. He also co-founded Xoriant/TekEdge Corporation in 1992. Venky graduated with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University and received an M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagapur.
