About the customer: The customers is a leading provider of knowledge-empowered customer service applications that automate the problem resolution process and make it easy for customers to obtain information on company support websites.

The customer wanted to increase its client base and wanted a new system based on the Microsoft technology that was used by most of its customers. To achieve this, it was necessary to port from the Java based application to Microsoft .Net technology. As an alternative to coding, various tools were used to port the code from Java to .Net platform. Aztecsoft used JLCA to port the front end and Excelsior to port the server side code.
