Fun @ Work

We believe in working hard and partying harder. We love to celebrate success and have fun. We have frequent doses of parties, bashes, outings, picnics and all those activities that help us live life to the fullest. - Just what the doctor ordered.

Our open house -- called VIBES -- brings us all together. Here, we debate, participate in cultural festivities, voice our concerns, and do everything possible to emerge as better individuals. To get our minds moving, we throw in a liberal dose of competition which means teams vie for "best project" recognition, contribution awards, mentorship and various other awards.

We have a large number of cross-functional teams that work on different non-technical projects. Our fun committees ensure periodic dosage of fun and laughter. We have our own gym, sports and recreation and meditation room where persons can wind down after a busy day. We also have our fair share of awareness and guest lectures on numerous non-technical topics.

Our social arm "Akshara" ensures that we give back to the society that we are fortunate to be in.
